 "I discovered​ Pilates 15 years ago when I experienced a back injury. It was pivotal in my recovery. But then I discovered how strong, energized, and flexible it made me feel.​ Pilates is an amazing vehicle for fitness but it's difficult to learn its true power in a class of lots of students.  So 15 years ago, I created a boutique, personalized alternative with our small group/private/semi-private studio.  I love seeing a client feel that  "ah ha" moment of doing a movement just a little differently, but realizing how that magnified the results.  So what are you waiting for?"
