We have people wash their hands before and after the workout, as well as signing a statement that they are in good health each time they arrive. Socks must be worn all the time.

WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?
Having been in the Pilates business for 13 years, we have experience with how to modify for most injuries.
WHAT IS PILATES?
It is a method of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates about 100 years ago which combines strength training with flexibility training.
WHAT IF I HAVE NEVER DONE PILATES?
No problem. All our classes are open level and beginner friendly. We layer each exercise offering advancements and modifications to suit all fitness levels. Please ensure if it is your first class you arrive 10-15 mins early so your instructor can show you the machine and discuss any injuries you may have.
IS PILATES DIFFICULT?
Pilates isn’t necessarily about the level or difficulty of a given exercise, it’s about what you’re doing with that exercise in your own body.
WHO IS PILATES GOOD FOR?
Everybody can benefit from pilates. Corecraft members range from teens to seniors. Corecraft Pilates has a workout that will work for you. If you have very specific goals or workout requirements due to injury, you can start with private training sessions that are tailored to your personal needs.
Can Pilates relief stress?
Pilates is amazing because it helps relieve both physical and mental stress at the same time. The exercises in Pilates require concentration on the movement as well as the breath so the stresses of your day are replaced by calm focus. We all have physical stresses on our bodies – even just by sitting in traffic during long commutes or being on our feet all day. Pilates re-sets the body’s alignment and the movements work to add synovial fluid to the joints which helps reduce friction in movements.
I need moral support. Can I bring a friend?
Absolutely! The Corecraft Pilates community is really fun and inclusive. Have your friend sign up for the same class you’re going to. Or better yet, meet a new friend at the studio!
