We focus on your goals, injuries, and fitness level with a workout crafted specifically for you!  With constant fresh air via our outdoor balcony, our Reformers are spaced more than 6 feet apart and just one to three persons per session. Masks are required. You'll enjoy our upbeat atmosphere and how strong and flexible you'll feel!!

WHAT COVID PROTOCOLS ARE IN PLACE?
We have people wash their hands before and after the workout, as well as signing a statement that they are in good health each time they arrive.  Our outside doors are always open. Face masks and socks must be worn all the time. ​Answer to question 0
WHERE IS YOUR STUDIO?
In Kearny Mesa on Balboa Ave next to the 805 freeway.
WHAT IF I HAVE INJURIES?
Having been in the Pilates business for 13 years, we  have experience with how to modify for most injuries.
WHAT IS PILATES?
It is a method of exercise developed by Joseph Pilates about 100 years ago which combines strength training with flexibility training.
