I 've been athletic all my life. Volleyball, tennis, and dance in my younger years; extreme snow skiing, high impact aerobics, golf, and hip hop dance as an adult. What I love about the Pilates Method is that it's not only a challenging workout, but it also makes me feel amazingly stretched out. For a method developed close to 100 years ago, that's impressive!
